Achievements

The Department orients its members to achieve growth ,shares the knowledge and experience in research developments in the broad areas of agriculture, health care, animal sciences, environment, and industry. The department is regularly conducting several International and National workshops, seminars, symposium and placement to uplift our student’s career. We are also encouraging our students to participate in various extracurricular activities to show their talents.

  • Biotechnology students have achieved a total of 6 Ranks in the University Examinations during the academic years 2010-2017.
  • About 12 students from Biotechnology department were placed in campus interview conducted by Hi Fi Biotech Private Ltd, SIDCO, Salem in the academic year 2014-15.
  • Our students secured centum marks in the ancillary subject biostatistics and cent percent results in the year 2012-15, 2013-16 and 2015-17.
  • Biotechnology students got placed in campus interview conducted by Winner Solution, Trichy in the academic year 2017-18.
